My debut short film tells the story of two brothers living by the sea in the recession, one of whom acquires a metal detector in order to find treasure on the beach. It was selected for the Galway Film Fleadh, Fastnet Film Festival and received a SMEDIA award nomination.

Set in the 19th century, the film concerns a secret love affair between a young pianist preparing for his debut recital and a young male labourer on the grounds of his estate. The film was screened at the Washington DC Independent Film Festival, QFlixPhilly and Kashish Pride Film Festival. It was featured on GayTime.co.uk and has reached over 5 million views online.
